1. Malcolm Campbell Accepts Position of Product Manager

   August 30, 2007

   CIRCOR Instrumentation Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Campbell to the position of Product Manager within CIT, effective September 4, 2007. He will report to Jeff Douglas, Director of Sales and Marketing for North America, and be based out of the Circle Seal Controls facility in Corona, California.

2. Organizational Announcement

   CIRCOR Instrumentation Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Douglas to the position of Director of Sales, North America. Jeff will be responsible for all sales and marketing functions within the above defined area for HOKE, GO Regulator, Circle Seal Controls and TOMCO.
